Effective Learning for Kinder Students with Wooden Pallet Chairs

A total of two hundred twenty-five (225) chairs made of pallets were handed over last February 14, 2019 to Basak Elementary School in Brgy. Basak, Lapulapu City, Cebu for their kinder students. Pallets are scrap woods and instead of disposing them they were converted into chairs which are sturdier than Monobloc chairs. The production was made possible by the Teradyne Philippines Limited, one of the locators of Cebu Light and Industrial Park (CLIP).

The donation of pallet chairs increased significantly this year which started middle of last year. With the additional donation, the partner- school has now enough chairs conducive for learning for their kinder students. It is said that having a comfortable chair to use by the students can essentially contribute in their effective learning process.
