Tree Growing For Environment Protection

On January 29, 2019, another P&G-funded tree growing activity was conducted in Sitio Jordan, Brgy. San Vicente, Sto. Tomas, Batangas. This is an annual event being supported by Procter & Gamble and this year around 1000 saplings were planted by 140 employees and their family members from P&G Taguig Office and Cabuyao Plant.

Planted saplings were 5 species namely Tabebuia, African Tulip, Alibangbang, Ilang-ilang and Cacao.

With the 1000 saplings, it has now a total of 5,800 trees planted in the said area initiated by P&G and coordinated by IGFI since 2015.
